OrionSell terms overview for using the public site and CRM product.

Use OrionSell only for lawful business activity and keep account access limited to authorized users.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Merchants who accept card payments must agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Their onboarding information is shared with Stripe.
OrionSell charges a platform fee of [PLATFORM FEE %] on card payments. Under the current setup, OrionSell pays Stripe's processing fees and carries payment-loss liability.
Refunds and disputes are handled through Stripe. Recording a refund in the CRM ("Mark as refunded") only updates the record and does not move money or issue a Stripe refund.
Offline payments are handled directly between the merchant and their customer.
